How to place an order?
Add to your shopping cart and follow the steps to place the order. Once your purchase is made, within a period of no more than 24 hours we will send you a message so that you can send us photos of the pet to be stuffed.
Time of preparation
-The time varies depending on the complexity of the stuffed animal and the demand for orders that Soy Kireina has. But it is an approximate time of 15 days to 1 month.

-Dogs and cats are made sitting and the height is from floor to head, not counting ears.
- Stuffed animals of other animals will be made in the most characteristic position of said animal, the measurement will be in height or length depending on the position.Material

-As they are personalized, handmade orders, there are no changes or returns once the stuffed animal is delivered/shipped.
-You can request that we send you a photo of the finished plush before shipping/delivering it. and you can request up to 2 simple changes that do not involve making the entire stuffed animal again.
-You have 2 days after your purchase to request the cancellation of your order. After this time, it cannot be canceled or the money returned.
-If you choose to pick up your stuffed animal, you have 30 days to pick it up. After this time, the stuffed animal will be put up for auction and/or donation, and there will be no refund.
