How to order a personalized stuffed animal of my pet?

To place an order it is very simple:

1. In the main menu bar you will find the Pet Stuffed Animals tabs, click on that tab
2. Select the size you want and click Add to cart .
3. A window will open with the product description and specification.
4. Click on Make Purchase and follow the steps.
5. At the end of your purchase, we will send you a message so that you can send us photos of your pet.

How to order a personalized plush toy with a drawing or logo?

If what you want is a stuffed animal with a drawing, design you have, logo, or something different from a pet, follow the following steps:

1. In the main menu bar you will find the Drawings/Logos Plush tabs, click on that tab
2. Click on Add to cart .
3. A window will open with the product description and specification.
4. You will have to select one of the 2 options, depending on the drawing you want us to stuff: A) Simple stuffed animal: it has few details, 1 to 3 colors, and the stuffed animal is more 2D. For example the drawing that a little child made. B) Complex stuffed animal: it has several details and/or many colors and the stuffed animal is more 3D. For example. a drawing designed in 3D. *If you don't know which one to choose, please visit the Quote a special order section so we can tell you.
5. After selecting an option, click Make Purchase and follow the steps.
6. At the end of your purchase, we will send you a message so that you can send us the images.

How long will it take to get my stuffed animal?

As they are 100% personalized and handmade stuffed animals, it does take us time to make them, and more because we do like to take care of every detail and do it with a lot of love and dedication.

The production time varies depending on the complexity of the stuffed animal and the demand for orders that Soy Kireina has, as well as the number of stuffed animals you request. But it is an approximate time of 15 days to 1 month , although this time may vary.

We will let you know when we are going to start making your stuffed animal, as well as when we finish it.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

If I want to place a wholesale order, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

If you want several stuffed animals of a design you have, such as your company's mascot to give to employees, please go to the Special Order Quote tab and fill out the form. Tell us what you want, the quantity you want, etc. and upload 1 to 3 images of your design.

We will contact you to give you a quote and an approximate preparation time.

Si quiero un peluche más grande a los tamaños que se muestran, ¿cómo lo encargo?

Si quieres un peluche más grande, como tamaño real de tu mascota, c, por favor ve a la pestaña Cotizar Pedido Especial  y llena el formulario. Cuéntanos lo que quieres, el tamaño que quieres y sube de 1 a 3 imágenes de tu diseño.

Nosotros nos comunicaremos contigo para darte una cotización y un tiempo aproximado de elaboración.
